I was on the planning committee of the 37th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Scholarship Breakfast sponsored my brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (Kappa Phi Lambda Chapter). The event was held at Martin’s West Conference Center in Baltimore. I had the pleasure of designing the cover and interior pages of the souvenir program booklet.

Here’s a link to a children’s book project, “You Can’t Move an Elephant in One Day” by author Nicolle Brazil that I had the pleasure to illustrate. The book is available on CreateSpace.com and Amazon.com.

Here’s a recent Christmas card that I designed for one of my college fraternity brothers and his family. I’ve illustrated several of these types of festive caricature holiday cards over the last few years.

Save the date! Here’s a flyer that I designed for the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.’s (Kappa Phi Lambda, Columbia, MD) MLK King Breakfast in Baltimore on January 8, 2012.

Here’s a caricature for a recently engaged couple. They’re going to use the artwork for their wedding planning web site. Each year I illustrate funny caricatures at wedding receptions, but this was a first-time for a wedding planning online site.

After 25 years, Oprah Winfrey is leaving daytime TV. She’s a great role model for all types of people and helped so many people with her words of wisdom. Yet, here’s a recent conversation I overheard, so I’m paraphrasing it for my Harambee Hills cartoon.

Here’s an original image I created to be used for a party invitation. The woman dressed in red and white, has many sisterly friends and enjoys collecting elephants. I wanted to show the original hand-drawn pencil sketch, along with the finished, computer-generated, Adobe Illustrator (vector) version.Red
